The Color of Magic is a book filled with adventure that will keep you on your toes throughout the book and numerous funny one-liners. This book is about a world, Discord, that has although been through many problems, is going to face one that might turn the world on its head, a careless and naive tourist with a sentiment chest and too much time on his hands. The story follows Twoflower, the tourist, as he and Rincewind, the inept wizard that somehow becomes his guide, as they try to avoid Death with the literal Death at heir door and the Gods messing up their lives.This, to me, was a very interesting book although it was quite confusing too. It is the first book by Terry Pratchett I have read and I will definitely be reading more. I really like his sense of humour and the way he phrases his one-liners. It amazes me that he has so much creativity and imagination and the way he puts it down on paper is really amazing.
